The map changed around the Royal Graveyard, the Demon Gate and the Catacombs
The Royal Graveyard, the Demon Gate and the Catacombs changed in the game, and the 3D map has been rebuilt to match.
The level changed in the game, so the 3D map has too. It's built from the game's own level: every half-metre column of the ground, the crypts and the Deep, re-captured and re-drawn whenever the level moves on.
The Royal Graveyard: about 9660 square metres of it are different.
The Demon Gate (down in the Deep): about 1750 square metres of it are different.
The Catacombs (in the crypts): about 960 square metres of it are different.
The Catacombs (in the crypts): about 280 square metres of it are different.
